We've had some issues in the past with the Sales Department of Jim Ellis, but the service department is always outstanding and amazing. Leo was extremely professional, and explained everything that was done in our car. Also, he took the time to call our extended warranty company, and get everything aligned for them to cover the rest of the costs.
